Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays, and we will notify customers in advance.

Delivery Timeframes

• Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan: 7-14 business days
• International: 14-21 business days

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on Mainland China orders over ¥199; a ¥15 shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
• Shipping rates for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and international orders are calculated based on destination and weight, and will be displayed at checkout.
